Airtime Terms and Conditions

Tanaka Life is a reseller of prepaid recharge services as supplied by distributors and other companies.
All inquiries about minutes, data depletion, quality and service should be directed to the relevant network.
Sometimes we do not have data bundles available. We will send the airtime equivalent to buying a data bundle and the recipient will convert.
Sometimes network glitches happen and we may delay recharging your number. Should that happen we will notify you.
Should you have any concerns or queries regarding your airtime purchase kindly contact us using the details above.
Recharged airtime cannot be reversed. Make sure you give us the correct number.
We issue refunds or cancel orders if we have not recharged the given number.
